1. Booking & Payment
   – Reservations are made through a third-party  platform and payments are complete as per their payment plans.
   
   
2. Cancellations & Refunds
   – Cancellations policy is strict and are made in accordance with the third-party booking platform.
   – No refunds are issued for early departures or no-shows.
   
   
3. Check-In & Check-Out
   – Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is by 11 am.
   – Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.
   
   
4. House Rules
   – No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the property.
   – Pets are only permitted with prior written approval.
   – Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Each additional guests, after the four included in a reservation, will be charged a fee of $100 each.
   – Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am for the comfort of all guests and neighbors.
   – Parties are not allowed.
   – Professional photography is not permitted inside the unit.
   
   
5. Liability & Damages
   – Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
   – Graceful Greens Getaways is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay.
   – Loss of key fob for the pool, hot tub, and tennis entrance areas will be charged a $75 replacement fee.
   
   
6. Privacy Policy
   – We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking is used only for reservation, communication, and payment purposes. We never sell or share your information with third parties.
   
   
7. Force Majeure
   – We shall not be held liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
   
   
8. Acceptance of Terms
   By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Graceful Greens Getaways reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
